Cutting

Overlasko Konstruktie has the possibility to cut plate material in-house. In combination with our plates on stock we can quickly startup a project. It is also possible to cut plate materials supplied by our client.

• We cut with 2 new(2020) bridges ESAB Suprarex SXE 4500.

these machines are equipped with a plasma head and an oxy-fuel head, including marking of setting/rolling lines.

• Table dimensions are: 20000x3800mm.
• Maximum Plate Dimensions from 1 piece: 16000x3500mm.
• Plasma: max 35mm thick.

Autogenous: max 200mm thick.

Welding

Overlasko Konstruktie is qualified to weld  GTAW (141) / GMAW (138) / FCAW (136) / SMAW (111) / SAW (121).

Welding activities can be performed in conformance with the rules of DNV-GL / A.B.S / B.S / Lloyds rules / Lloyds Energy / AWS / NORSOK / B.V. / Eemua 158 / EN15614-1. 

We are DNV certified according to ISO 9001, EN 1090-1 EXC 4 & ISO 3834-2.

Preheating and controlled cooling of welds are more and more important. For critical welds we have a special induction unit, which can also record all important parameters. Induction has partly replaced furnaces and burners.
